Sergei Bobrovsky made 25 saves and Brandon Dubinsky scored a short-handed game-winning goal and also had an assist in the Blue Jackets win over the Leafs. James Wisniewski had two assist and rookie Ryan Murray score his first NHL goal.

Jonathan Bernier made 31 saves for the Leafs and Phil Kessel scored his sixth of the year in the loss.

Islanders 4 Penguins 3

Evgeni Nabokov made 39 saves and Frans Nielsen had a goal and two assist in the Islanders 4-3 win over the Pens. Josh Bailey also scored the GWG.

Jeff Zatkoff made 21 saves and Sidney Crosby scored his eighth of the year in the Penguins loss. 

Ducks 2 Senators 1

Frederik Andersen won his first NHL start by making 26 saves and Ryan Getzlaf scored the GWG and a assist in the Ducks 2-1 win over Ottawa. Corey Perry also had two assist. 

Craig Anderson made 26 saves and Mika Zibanejad scored his first of the year in the Sens loss to the Ducks.

Sabres 3 Panthers 1

Jhonas Enroth made 44 saves and Steve Ott scored the game-winner for the Sabres, who beat the Florida Panthers 3-1. Rookie Rasmus Ristolainen socred his first NHL goal and Cody Hodgson scored his fourth.

Jacob Markstrom made 18 saves and Jesse Winchester scored in the Panthers loss.

Canucks 3 Blues 2 OT

Eddie Lack made 22 saves to improve his record to  2-1-0 and Ryan Kesler scored two goals in the Canucks 3-2 win over the Blues.

Jaroslav Halak made 18 saves and Alexander Steen scored a goal and a assist in the Blues loss to the Canucks. 

Avalanche 4 Hurricanes 2

Semyon Varlamov stopped 28 shots and Matt Duchene scored two goals and added an assist as the Avalanche won 4-2.

Justin Peters allowed four goals on 34 shots and Andrej Sekera scored a goal and an a assist as the Hurricanes lost to the Avalanche 4-2.
