The Buffalo Sabres have acquired Chris Stewart, William Carrier, Jaroslav Halak, a 2015 first-round pick, and a 2016 third-round selection from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for Ryan Miller and Steve Ott.

Jhonas Enroth made 36 saves and Tyler Myers scored a goal and two assists in the Sabres’ 4-2 win over the Sharks. Matt Moulson, Cody Hodgson and Brian Flynn all scored for the Sabres.
Antti Niemi made 16 saves while James Sheppard and Patrick Marleau scored in the Sharks 4-2 loss to the Sabres.

Semyon Varlamov made 40 saves and Gabriel Landeskog had a goal and two assists in the Avalanche 4-2 win over the Coyotes. Paul Stastny had a goal and an assist while Nate Guenin and PA Parenteau while Nathan MacKinnon added two assists.
Thomas Greiss allowed four goals on 33 shots while Shane Doan scored twice in the Coyotes 4-2 loss to the Avalanche.
Wild 2 Canucks 1 S/O
Darcy Kuemper made 30 saves and Zach Parise scored the lone Wild goal in their 2-1 shootout win over the Cancuks.
Eddie Lack stopped 22 shots and Ryan Kesler scored the Canucks lone goal in their 2-1 shootout loss to the Wild.
Ducks 1 Blues 0
Jonas Hiller stopped all 18 shots he faced and Andrew Cogliano scored the only goal in the game as the Ducks beat the Blues 1-0.
Brian Elliot stopped 18 shots and Alexander Steen led the Blues with four shots on goal in their 1-0 loss to the Ducks.
