Antti Niemi only made 12 saves and Patrick Marleau scored the San Jose Sharks' only goalin a 3-1 loss to the Wild.

 

Bruins 5 Leafs 2

Chad Johnson turned aside 30 of the 32 shots and Patrice Bergeron scored a goal and added an assist as the Bruins beat the Leafs 5-2 in Toronto Sunday night. Carl Soderberg, Jarome Iginla, Torey Krug and Kevan Miller all scored for the Bruins.

Jonathan Bernier made 34 saves and Peter Holland, scored a goal and an assist for the Leafs Sunday night in their 5-2 loss to the Bruins. Jay McClement had the Leafs other goal.

 

Capitals 4 Rangers 1

Henrik Lundqvist made 32 saves and Benoit Pouliot scored the Rangers lone goal in their 4-1 loss to the Capitals.

Phillipp Grubauer made 30 saves and Steve Oleksy scored a goal and a assist in the Capitals 4-1 loss to the Rangers. Nate Schmidt , Jason Chimera and Mikhail Grabovski all scored for the Caps.

Blackhawks 6 Panthers 2

Corey Crawford left in the first period because of a lower-body injury. Rookie Antti Raanta came in relief, stopped 29 of 31 shots and Patrick Sharp produced a goal and two assists in the Blackhawks 6-2 win over the Panthers. Marian Hossa (13th), Brent Seabrook (second), Andrew Shaw (ninth), Michal Handzus (second) and Brandon Saad all scored for the Blackhawks.

Scott Clemmensen stopped 26 shots and Marcel Goc posted an unassisted goal in the Florida Panthers' 6-2 defeat in Chicago. Dylan Olsen also scored for the Panthers.

 

Canucks 3 Avalanche 1

Roberto Luongo made 28 saves and Mike Santorell scored two goals and a assist in the Canucks 3-1 win over the Avs. Ryan Kesler also scored for the Canucks.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere made 18 saves and Jamie McGinn scored the Avs only goal in a 3-1 loss to the Canucks.
