Hurricanes 1 Islanders 0

Justin Peters stopped all 21 shots he faced and Radek Dvorak was the lone goal scorer in Thursday's 1-0 win by the Hurricanes over the Islanders.

Kevin Poulin made 23 stops for the Islanders and John Tavares had his three-game point streak snapped as he was shut out by the Hurricanes on Thursday in the Islanders 1-0 loss.

 

Bruins 4 Panthers 1

Tuukka Rask allowed just one goal on 24 shots and Reilly Smith scored a goal and added an assist for the Bruins in Thursday's 4-1 win over Florida. Torey Krug, Brad Marchand and David Krejci also scored for the Bruins.

Scott Clemmensen allowed four goals on 30 shots and Jesse Winchester netted his fourth goal of the season in the Panthers' 4-1 loss to Boston Thursday.

 

Senators 4 Canadiens 1

Robin Lehner made 33 saves and Bobby Ryan scored a goal and added a pair of assists for the Senators in a 4-1 win over the Canadiens. Marc Methot, Kyle Turris and Mark Borowiecki all scored goals for Ottawa in the win.

Carey Price made 20 saves and Andrei Markov scored the only Montreal goal in a 4-1 loss to the Senators on Thursday night.

 

Devils 3 Flyers 0

Martin Brodeur stopped all 22 shots he faced and Adam Henrique scored a goal for the Devils in a 3-0 defeat of the Flyers. Jaromir Jagr and Cam Janssen also scored for the Devils. 

Ray Emery made 22 saves and Claude Giroux remains scoreless this season though 15 games in the Flyers loss to the Devils.

 

Capitals 3 Wild 2 S/O

Braden Holtby stopped 33 of 35 shots and Marcus Johansson scored a goal and added an assist for the Capitals in a 3-2 shootout win over Minnesota. Alex Ovechkin also scored for the Caps.

Josh Harding allowed 2 goals on 27 shots and Charlie Coyle netted his first goal of the season in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to Washington. Mikael Granlund also scored for the Wild.

 

Rangers 4 Blue Jackets 2

Cam Talbot made 32 saves and Carl Hagelin scored two goals for the Rangers in a 4-2 win over Columbus. Ryan McDonagh picked up a goal and an assist in the victory while Ryan Callahan also scored.

Sergei Bobrovsky made 30 saves and Ryan Murray scored his second goal of the season in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the New York Rangers. Fedor Tyutin also scored for the Jackets.

 

Stars 4 Red Wings 3 OT

Kari Lehtonen allowed three goals on 29 shots and Jamie Benn scored a goal for Dallas in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings. Cody Eakin, Shawn Horcoff and Rich Peverley also scored for the Stars.

Jimmy Howard allowed four goals on 28 shots and Pavel Datsyuk scored a goal and added an assist for the Red Wings in a 4-3 overtime loss to Dallas. Todd Bertuzzi and Adam Almquist also scored for the Wings.

 

Lightning 4 Oilers 2

Ben Bishop made 38 saves and Steve Stamkos scored a pair of goals Thursday night in the Lightning's 4-2 win over Edmonton. Tyler Johnson and Valtteri Filppula also scored for the Lightning.

Devan Dubnyk allowed three goals on 24 shots and Taylor Hall scored a goal in the Oilers loss to the Lightning. Taylor Fedun also scored a goal for Edmonton. 

 

Blues 3 Flames 2

Brian Elliott allowed two goals on 20 shots and Alexander Steen scored his 14th goal of the season in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Flames. Maxim Lapierre and Vladimir Tarasenko also tallied for the Blues in the win.

Reto Berra allowed three goals on 27 shots and Michael Cammalleri scored a goal for the Flames in a 3-2 loss to St. Louis Thursday night. Tim Jackman also scored for the Flames.

 

Kings 2 Sabers 0

Jonathan Quick stopped all 19 shots he faced and Mike Richards scored a goal and recorded an assist in the Kings' 2-0 win over the Sabres. Anze Kopitar also scored for the Kings.

Jhonas Enroth stopped 26 shots and Matt Moulson led the Sabres with four shots on goal in their loss to the Kings.

 

Canucks 4 Sharks 2

Roberto Luongo stopped 22 of 24 shots and Christopher Higgins scored a goal and registered an assist in Vancouver's 4-2 win over San Jose. Mike Santorelli, Zach Kassian and Brad Richardson also scored for the Canucks. 

Antti Niemi allowed four goals on only 13 shots and was pulled  for backup Alex Stalock at 5:22 of the second period. Stalock made 21 saves and Mike Brown scored a goal in San Jose's 4-2 loss to Vancouver. Joe Thornton scored the Sharks other goal.
