Henrik Lundqvist made 28 saves and Derick Brassard scored a goal for the Rangers in Wednesday's 5-1 win over Pittsburgh. Brian Boyle, Ryan McDonagh, Derek Stepan and Ryan Callahan also scored for the Rangers.
Marc-Andre Fleury gave up five goals on 25 shots and Kris Letang scored the only Pittsburgh goal in a 5-1 loss to the Rangers.
Blackhawks 4 Jets 1
Corey Crawford allowed just one goal on 25 shots and Patrick Sharp scored a goal and an a assist for Chicago in a 4-1 win over the Jets. Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane and Brandon Pirri also scored. Duncan Keith had two assist.
Al Montoya was beaten for four goals on 28 shots and Devin Setoguchi scored the Jets only goal in their loss to the Blackhawks.
Predators 6 Avalanche 4
Carter Hutton turned aside 27 of 31 shots and Colin Wilson scored two goals and registered two assists to lead the Predators to a 6-4 victory over the Avalanche. Viktor Stalberg also had a goal and an assist, Ryan Ellis and David Legwand both added two assist. Craig Smith, Paul Gaustad and Gabriel Bourque also scored for the Predators.
Semyon Varlamov allowed five goals on 27 shots and Matt Duchene scored a goal and registered two assists in Colorado's 6-4 loss to Nashville. PA Parenteau had a goal and an assist, while Paul Stastny and Ryan O'Reilly scored the Avalanche's other goals.
Ducks 5 Coyotes 2
Jonas Hiller stopped 24 of 26 shots and Hampus Lindholm scored a goal and registered an assist to lead the Ducks to a 5-2 victory over the Coyotes. Cam Fowler and Ryan Getzlaf both scored a goal and assisted a goal, while Andrew Cogliano and Corey Perry also scored for the Ducks.
Mike Smith let in four goals on 28 shots and Michael Stone scored a goal in Phoenix's 5-2 loss to Anaheim. Shane Doan also scored for the Coyotes in the game.
